  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
    • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
    • Items that have been used or altered
    • Gift cards

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after receiving the product, we may offer a store credit or an exchange for a different product, but refunds are only provided for defective or damaged items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
